2002 baja 232 w eagle trailer cuddy mercruiser bravo only 475 hours no reserve

Hi, I am selling my 2002 Baja 232 Boat with Eagle dual axle trailer with surge brakes. Boat and trailer both have clean titles and are registered in MN in my name. Boat ran in fresh water only. Boat and engine haveapproximately 475 hours, but will go up as I use it. Has cuddy cabin with small couch and sleeping area. Has 6.2 liter EFI Fuel Injected Mercruiser with 320 horsepower. Boat will run 55-60 mph. Has Bravo 1 outdrive with 3 blade stainless steel prop. Has new stereo with cd/bluetooth and dash wired remote with 3 Clarion Amps, 2 subs, a kicker crossover and 10 speakers. Very expensive stereo system.Has cockpit cover. Interior is good condition as well as the exterior. No rips or tears in interior. Boat runs, rides, and drives great. Ready for the water.
The only minor things to mention are asfollows: Thru-Hull exhaust is non-switchable, Hydraulic arm to lift sunpad is not in boat, thereforesunpad is lifted manually if need be, horn does not work, prop has a few dings, but works great, Snap on cover is missing a few snaps, headliner sags a little.
Overall the boat is in great condition and gets many compliments. I just put over $1,000 dollars into it fixing other minor issues and had the engine hours checked at the dealer last July, which were rightaround 400 hours.
