BAJA OUTLAW 33' completely rebuilt $14000 REDUCED from recent survey VALUE !!!

This is from the survey ... GENERAL PHYSICAL CONDITIONThis 2000 Baja 33’ Outlaw is completely restored. Although the hull is original, there were no defects observed. There was one scratch in the gelcoat on each port and starboard aft quarter and that was al that was found. The deck /top cap has been completely restored and has new gelcoat. All running gear (outdrives, transom assemblies, props and steering arms/controls are new. The transom exhaust ports (4) total for port and starboard have been completely re-plumbed and fitted with the correct exhaust hoses, clamps, through transom brackets, back flow shutters and quite exhaust rubber “flappers”. The helm area and cockpit area has been refurbished with new cushions from OEM, new seating, and new snap in / out carpet. Below decks into the forward cabin, all of the interior cushions and carpet have been replace. The fresh water system, all electrical wiring and distribution has been replaced. New bilge pumps, new batteries (3) with new battery wiring and selectors/isolators are also in place. The propulsion systems have been rebuilt and have less than 13 hours each (hour meters) on them.CURRENT MARKET VALUE STATEMENT OF VALUATIONIn the valuation determination, cost and market comparison approaches to value were considered.
